At Inspire, our students graduate with a certificate and confidence. They walk into clinics and hospitals ready to perform with integrity, safety, and skill.
We consistently hear positive feedback from the employers who hire our Students.
Whether it’s understanding infection control, handling special collections, or simply showing up with strong patient care instincts, Inspire grads have a reputation for being ready.
That’s the Inspire Professional Solutions difference.

This program does not automatically include a national certification like NCCT. However, it does provide the training and skill foundation you need to pursue it if you choose to.
Many students go on to take the NCCT or another certification exam after completing this course and some employers, especially in Louisiana, don’t require national certification for entry-level phlebotomy roles. It all depends on the job, the facility, and your state regulations.
Yes — in many cases, especially in Louisiana and surrounding areas. This program is designed to prepare you for entry-level phlebotomy positions in labs, clinics, plasma centers, and more.
That said, you must be hirable — which means having a professional attitude, good communication skills, and a strong work ethic in addition to your training. We teach the skills, you show up ready to grow.
Great question! While the exact number can vary by student and class size, our goal is for each student to complete a minimum of 10 successful venipunctures and finger sticks combined.
We emphasize quality over quantity — so you’ll be practicing real techniques on venipuncture practice pads at home, then on classmates (in a safe, supervised environment) in a physical class setting.
The hybrid model is designed to be flexible and effective for your personal schedule. You’ll complete your lecture-style lessons online working at your own pace, from home, within the 4 week time frame.
Then you’ll attend in-person lab sessions once a week, where we focus 100% on hands-on practice, skills mastery, and live feedback.
Actually, it means more hands-on time where it really matters.
Because you complete your reading, lectures and foundational learning online, we get to use all of our in-person time for drawing, identifying veins, handling tools, and practicing techniques.
No long lectures or wasted time, just pure practice with instructor guidance.
In 2025, The phlebotomy hybrid program lasts 7 weeks, with the first 4 weeks being online learning and the last 3 weeks being in-person class sessions that are held once a week.
